At MR.PEELGOLD, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of food products, returns and refunds are subject to the following conditions.
Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product received is damaged during transit.
- The wrong product has been delivered.
- The product is defective or unfit for consumption upon delivery.
Return Request Process
To initiate a return request:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photographs of the product and packaging.
- Provide your order number and details of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened or used food products
- Products with damaged packaging caused after delivery
- Products returned without prior approval
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
Replacement
In eligible cases, we may provide a replacement instead of a refund.
